I specialise in online sessions therefore I am able to offer a lot of flexibility around when and how often you would like your sessions to be.<\/p>\n

I can offer a free initial consultation where we can assess our suitability to work together, and any questions or concerns you might have can be addressed during this time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am an experienced integrative therapist with over 15 years of experience working full time
\nwith clients. My integrative approach allows me to draw from several techniques and tailor them to meet your individual needs and circumstances. \u00a0This means that I am able to work in a time-limited solution-focused way in response to managing significant life events or external stress. Alternatively I can offer long-term work with clients who have experienced trauma and have significant struggles regulating emotions and everyday life.<\/p>\n

My ongoing training has recently included courses on loss and bereavement, complex trauma, specialising in online therapy, and talking about the menopause.<\/p>\n

I have been working for Rape Crises part-time for the past 2 years. I have had extensive training in sexual abuse, sexual assault and complex trauma.<\/p>\n

Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, I worked for over 15 years within social care, providing
\nsupport to children and families. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).\u00a0 I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice and Psychotherapy.<\/p>\n
